Felipe’s French Fries was not a particularly impressive business.
It’s main draw, of course, was french fries, well made, certainly, but not much for healthy eating. There were all manner of types of fries: Cajun-spice, poutine, sweet potato, butter chicken, za’atar, and some twenty other flavours.
However, the overheads were low – mainly potatoes and spices – and the costs high enough to make it interesting, without being too high to make it unaffordable.
Mainly, however, there was interesting presentation.
So people flocked to Felipe’s French Fries, and tweeted pictures with alliterative text, and the business was a hit for just long enough to be worthwhile, before Felipe moved on to Frozen Yogurt.
